The Governing Board is composed of 12 elected members, 5 appointed members and up to 4 co-opted members.
For the 2023 election cycle, there are five (5) open seats: two (2) seats for a four-year term, two (2) seats for a two-year term and one (1) seat for a one-year term (end of the mandate of resigning members as per the Regulations of the Foundation of the International School of Geneva Art. 2.4). When the votes are counted, the candidates in first and second place will be given four-year terms, third and fourth place, two-year terms and the candidate in fifth place a one-year term, subject to campus representation criteria per the regulations.

Le Conseil de Fondation est composé de 12 membres élus, 5 membres nommés et jusqu'à 4 membres cooptés.
Pour le cycle électoral 2023, il y a cinq (5) sièges à pourvoir : deux (2) sièges pour un mandat de quatre ans, deux (2) sièges pour un mandat de deux ans et un (1) siège pour un mandat d'un an (fin du mandat de membres démissionnaires selon le Règlement de la Fondation de l'Ecole Internationale de Genève Art. 2.4). Lors du dépouillement des votes, les candidats en première et deuxième positions se verront attribuer des mandats de quatre ans, les troisième et quatrième positions des mandats de deux ans et le candidat en cinquième position un mandat d'un an, sous réserve des critères de représentation de campus selon le règlement.
