As an executive coach, international speaker, and facilitator, I work with organisations worldwide, leading team retreats and strategic engagements. My coaching practice specialises in elevating women in the workplace, particularly supporting those at career crossroads through individual and group programs. I also teach at Stanford and serve as a career coach at IMD Business School Lausanne. I live in New York City.

Among countless wonderful memories at La Châtaigneraie, our yearly field trips stand out as particularly special experiences. My first trip to Aix-en-Provence was especially memorable, combining cultural immersion with the joy of discovering a new place alongside classmates.
