Le 7 juin 2022, le Conseil a mandaté la création d'un comité de pilotage multipartite chargé de procéder à un examen de la gouvernance. Les parties prenantes, qui ont été sélectionnées pour représenter les points de vue du Conseil de Fondation, de la Conférence des Directeurs, du personnel, des anciens élèves et des parents, ont été sélectionnées pendant l’automne 2022.
Le comité de pilotage sur la gouvernance a présenté les travaux réalisés jusqu'à présent pour le rapport complémentaire du CIS (Council of International Schools) en novembre 2022. CIS a félicité l'école pour avoir adopté une approche ouverte et honnête dans le cadre de l'examen et a noté qu'il faudrait du temps pour réaliser des progrès substantiels.
Le Comité de pilotage a défini les problèmes à traiter et identifié ceux qui peuvent être entrepris/mis en place immédiatement au cours de l'année scolaire 2022-23 (phase 1), et ceux qui nécessitent une analyse et une consultation plus longues (phases 2 et 3).

The Board mandated the creation of a multi-stakeholder Steering Committee to undertake a Governance Review on 7 June 2022. The stakeholders, who have been selected to represent the views of the Board, the Conférence des Directeurs, the Staff, Alumni and parents, were appointed to the Steering Committee during Fall 2022.
The Governance Review Steering Committee presented work to date for the CIS (Council of International Schools) Supplementary Report in November 2022. The CIS commended the school in taking an open and honest approach to the review, and noted that substantive progress would take time to achieve.
The Steering Committee scoped the problems to be addressed, and identified those which were to be undertaken immediately in the academic year 2022-23 (phase 1), and those which required longer analysis and consultation (phases 2 and 3).
