Ecolint Scholarships update

Thanks to the support of our community, we have been able to offer fully-funded scholarships to three talented young people, who would otherwise have not been able to access an Ecolint Education.
 
Our three new scholars have transitioned into their new school environment and are settling in well, as illustrated by this heart-warning comment: “Super nice people: students, teachers and support staff. Everyone helps you. Super friendly and smart teachers, teachers who are genuinely interested in working with you and make you feel like you are on the same team” -DV Nations.  
 
As we review the impact of the programme last academic year, we thought you might appreciate this reflection shared by a parent of one of our students who completed their first year with us:  
 
“In 2022/23, my daughter *Zoey joined the scholarship programme at Ecolint in year 10. This opportunity has had a significant impact on her personal qualities and has further developed her potential to succeed in various subjects. During this year I have noticed that Zoey has shown an increased ability to cooperate in groups to achieve excellent results, she has gained confidence that her opinion is important and often the right one, and she has begun to show initiative and her creative talents more often. Thank you Ecolint for the interesting presentation of teaching material and the unconventional approach to learning different disciplines.  
 
I would also like to mention the constant care for my daughter's psychological well-being; we have always felt trust and support from the school tutor and psychologist, this has made it possible to reduce the stress level after the forced move from home because of the war. I believe it is no accident that Zoey ended up here and was able to get a scholarship in Ecolint. I am confident that she will successfully complete her school education and choose the university of her dreams, but the most important thing I want to note is that Ecolint has become a big family for us. We are always in touch with teachers, the director and parents and Zoey has made many new friends from different countries. They support each other in their studies and know how to have fun. I am impressed by how much time is given to sports in the school curriculum and the children have a choice, which is very important now at their age. 
 
I can write so many more words, but my main point is that Ecolint is doing a great thing and please continue, in this way, our world can be made kinder and our children can once again believe that tomorrow will surely be better than today.”
