If I could do anything different, it would have been to convince my parents to let me stay at Ecolint when they were transferred back to the US!
I currently live between Austin, Texas and Oahu, Hawaii. In 1996, I founded a clean beauty brand called OSEA Malibu. It’s a natural, derived skincare line with a holistic approach to wellness and self-care.
My favourite memory of Ecolint is my physics teacher, Mr Sharpe, teaching pendulum theory while physically swinging from a pendulum. (He also had a Beatles haircut and all the girls had a crush on him!)
Having such a broad curriculum at a young age at Ecolint gave me a solid foundation in science, art and languages.

My words of wisdom for Ecolint students: I make it my goal to be kind to others every day. It’s not always easy, but it’s a beautiful mental discipline.
My legacy is to show that it’s possible to find success by creating a product that’s good for you and also good for the planet.
