Governing Board Executive Committee elections 
 
Dear alumni members of the Ecolint community, 
 
We are writing to you today with a significant update regarding the Foundation's governance. 
 
On Tuesday, 2nd September 2025, the Governing Board held its elections for Board officers and committee Chairs for the 2025-2026 term. We are pleased to announce the results, which establish the new Executive Committee of the Board with immediate effect: 
 
●    Governing Board Chair: Pierre Lussato
 
●    Vice-Chair: Maria Lucia Uribe Torres
 
●    Treasurer: Patrick Callaghan-Pace
 
●    Secretary: Jürgen Rupp
 
●    Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee: Emmanuelle Osmond
 
●    Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee: Roland Carrupt
 
We would like to express our profound gratitude to the interim Executive Committee members who have carried significant responsibilities during recent months, especially to Ijeoma Aghanya, who served as Chair during this challenging period. Their dedication has been instrumental in ensuring continuity and stability for the Foundation, and we look forward to building on their work together as one united community. 
 
As we enter this new chapter, our focus remains steadfast on the well-being of our students and staff, ensuring the financial health and long-term sustainability of our not-for-profit Foundation, and upholding the pursuit of educational excellence that lies at the heart of Ecolint's mission. 
 
We also look forward to working with the new interim Director General (DG) structure to ensure both stability and continued progress across the Foundation.

Conseil de Fondation 

Chères et chers membres alumni de la communauté de l’Ecolint, 
 
Nous vous écrivons aujourd'hui avec une importante mise à jour concernant la gouvernance de la Fondation. 
 
Le mardi 2 septembre 2025, le Conseil de Fondation a tenu ses élections pour les membres exécutifs du Conseil, y compris l’élection des présidents-es de comités pour le mandat 2025-2026. Nous sommes heureux d'annoncer les résultats, qui établissent le nouveau Comité Exécutif du Conseil avec effet immédiat :

Nous tenons également à exprimer notre profonde gratitude aux membres du Comité Exécutif par intérim qui ont assumé des responsabilités importantes au cours des derniers mois, et en particulier à Ijeoma Aghanya, qui a admirablement exercé la fonction de Président pendant cette période difficile. Leur dévouement a été essentiel pour assurer la continuité et la stabilité de la Fondation, et nous sommes impatients de bâtir sur leur travail, ensemble, en tant que communauté unie. 
 
Alors que nous entamons ce nouveau chapitre, notre attention reste inébranlable sur le bien-être de nos élèves et de notre personnel, en assurant la santé financière et la durabilité à long terme de notre Fondation à but non lucratif, et en soutenant la recherche de l'excellence éducative qui est au cœur de la mission de l'Ecolint. 
 
Nous sommes également impatients de travailler avec la nouvelle structure de la Direction Générale par intérim pour assurer à la fois la stabilité et la progression continue à travers la Fondation.
